Gretchen, the raptor is a intricate and beautifully crafted fracture holding over 3,000 hand placed fractions from broken Chaos Discs.

much like humans, this piece evokes a CERTAIN feeling that softens as you take time to understand its complexity.
In my work i enjoy exploring the concept of duality.
I find beauty in the messy and chaotic parts of life. My work is inspired by the raw and unauthorized energy of graffiti art mixed with surreal and almost cartoon-like symbolism. This style allows me to display my emotions in their most sincere and unapologetic state without the constraints of accuracy and the burden of perfection. It's just me and my thoughts sprawled across a canvas..

2:15 thoughts was inspired by the nights when you can’t go to sleep because your mind is racing with thoughts and ideas. or those nights when you pull those all nighters because youve finally hit your creative stride.
This piece was realized when i noticed i kept waking up in the middle of the night to paint an idea that i was afraid of loosing by the morning.
